Among the typical wines<\/span> of Garda, wine<\/span> Lugana<\/span> is one of the<\/span> most popular<\/span>. Characteristic of this wine<\/span>\u00a0doc<\/span> are<\/span> the land and<\/span> the climate.<\/span> A<\/span> flat and fertile<\/span> land<\/span>, rich in limestone<\/span>, minerals, clay<\/span> originates from the<\/span> layered deposits<\/span> and<\/span> moraine<\/span> hills<\/span> that<\/span> points<\/span> becomes more<\/span> sandy<\/span>, a particularly mild microclimate<\/span>, with no sudden changes in temperature<\/span> and regulated<\/span> by the breezes<\/span> of the lake. <\/span><\/span><\/span>The<\/span> wine Lugana\u00a0<\/span>is divided into five<\/span> categories:<\/span> “<\/span>basic”, “<\/span>top”, “reserve“, “<\/span>late harvest“, “<\/span>sparkling”.<\/p>\n

Lugana Base:<\/span><\/strong> is the<\/span> majority of the production<\/span><\/p>\n

Lugana <\/strong>Superior:<\/span><\/strong> must have<\/span> at least one year<\/span> after the harvest<\/span> of aging<\/span>, it becomes more structured<\/span> with the<\/span> wooden walkway<\/span>.<\/p>\n

Lugana <\/strong>Reserve:<\/span><\/strong> must have<\/span> at least twenty four<\/span> months of aging<\/span> or aging<\/span> of the date of<\/span> harvest, of which<\/span> six<\/span> in the bottle.<\/span><\/p>\n

Late Harvest<\/span>: you get only with a<\/span> late harvest<\/span> of the grapes<\/span> in late<\/span> October and<\/span> early November<\/span>, is a new<\/span> type of production.<\/span><\/p>\n

Spumante<\/span> is<\/span> the classical method<\/span> charmat<\/span> with a production that<\/span> boasts<\/span> both quality and<\/span> history<\/span>, but poor in quantity.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n
