Garda<\/span> Lake is a place where<\/span> support<\/span> is derived<\/span> primarily<\/span> from nature<\/span>, local products and cuisine<\/span> are part<\/span> of the same reality<\/span>.
\nThe<\/span> lake fish<\/span>, eaten fresh<\/span> or preserved<\/span> for the cold season<\/span>, are essential in the local cuisine.<\/span>
\nNot forgetting the<\/span> products,<\/span> olive oil,<\/span> wine<\/span>, grapes, mushrooms, truffles, lemon, fruit and vegetables.<\/span>
\nEven<\/span> livestock products<\/span>, meat, milk, cheese can be found<\/span> on the table<\/span>, with recipes often<\/span> derived<\/span> from the system<\/span> storage<\/span> of the products.<\/span>
\nBy the time<\/span> the recipes of<\/span> local cuisine and<\/span> dishes<\/span> have been refined<\/span> even if<\/span> some products that<\/span> are at the basis<\/span> of local<\/span> Garda<\/span> significantly decreased<\/span> if not almost<\/span> disappeared, like<\/span> the<\/span> carp,<\/span> the<\/span> bleak<\/span> and lemons.<\/span>
\nTo<\/span> compensate for this<\/span>, for some years there has been<\/span> a<\/span> search for quality<\/span> from the<\/span> production processes<\/span>, with in the foreground<\/span> the concept<\/span> of territoriality<\/span> of local products<\/span>, especially the wines<\/span> of Lake<\/span> Garda.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
