{"id":17461,"date":"2014-09-07T11:32:21","date_gmt":"2014-09-07T09:32:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.gardatourism.it\/eremo-dei-ss-giacomo-e-silvestro-a-monte-2\/"},"modified":"2018-04-27T04:38:27","modified_gmt":"2018-04-27T02:38:27","slug":"hermitage-saints-giacomo-and-silvestro","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.gardatourism.it\/en\/hermitage-saints-giacomo-and-silvestro\/","title":{"rendered":"Hermitage Saints Giacomo and Silvestro a Monte"},"content":{"rendered":"<h4>The Hermitage is situated on a hillside Stivo, originally built in the Middle Ages by the inhabitants to prevent the looting of the barbarians, it is already in a document dated 1288, in the sixteenth century was restored fully.<\/h4>\n<div>Hermitage Saints Giacomo and Silvestro a Monte building is of simple construction, rectangular in plan, a &#8216;single nave and a wooden roof; frescoes in the presbytery are the Evangelists, a crucifixion and many saints on the other walls of the cross scenes and portraits of S. James and S. Philip. The Hermitage, adjoining the church, is of significant size, has a kitchen, a dining room and a stone staircase leading to the upper floors and communicates with the church. The church and the &#8216;hermitage are the property of the parish of&#8217; Sorrows of Bolognano.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><a
