The fa\u00e7ade dates back to 1901 in neoclassical style, the portal is flanked by two Corinthian columns and surmounted by a curvilinear tympanum; on its sides two pairs of Corinthian columns flanking a niche with a saint surmounted each by a small triangular tympanum. The interior is not very bright, the nave has a richly stuccoed barrel roof and small frescos. On the sides of the nave there are chapels with interesting paintings by eighteenth-century painters from Brescia, such as the Martyrdom of San Bartolomeo by Francesco Maffei; the apse is deep with a large painting on the bottom depicting the Nativity of St. John the Baptist; the altar is in Baroque style and on the sides there are two organs.
