{"id":19223,"date":"2014-09-08T08:43:25","date_gmt":"2014-09-08T06:43:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.gardatourism.it\/porto-vecchio-4\/"},"modified":"2018-10-17T18:56:39","modified_gmt":"2018-10-17T16:56:39","slug":"old-harbor-desenzano","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.gardatourism.it\/en\/old-harbor-desenzano\/","title":{"rendered":"Old Harbor Desenzano"},"content":{"rendered":"<h4>Old Harbor Desenzano, when the Serenissima settled in Desenzano (mid-fifteenth century) It had to be a new talent for incoming goods and outgoing, so it was renewed and equipped for this purpose.<\/h4>\n<p>Old Harbor Desenzano it was already at the time of considerable size for the times and was protected with a large quay and a cliff by the waves of the lake when there was a storm. In the nineteenth century it was further arranged, the lighthouse was added and a tram line was created that from the square near the port (now public gardens) left for Castiglione and Mantua. In the 1930s the &#8220;Venetian bridge&#8221; was built, which today closes the &#8220;old port&#8221; and the dock was amply expanded. Today the port is made up of the dock for the boats that unite the various lake countries, the large dock with the various piers and the small dock also home to the Fraglia Vela.<\/p>\n<p><a
