The building has a square base and in the Florentine style, on three floors, one of which is the attic, the main facade facing west towards the lake fronted by a large garden, in the upper part of the house there is a decoration with floral motifs and peacocks, which is protected by eaves supported by a wooden structure. Important guest of this villa was the saint Don Giovanni Calabria, who was a classmate of the aviv. Giuli and who came here several times on holiday, leaving a register with over three hundred celebrated masses.
