The Church of Santa Maria del Degnano, in the locality Vaio, is mentioned in documents written since 1163, originally it depended on the Monastery of St. Zeno of Verona, which in the Middle Ages possessed vast areas. The structure was rebuilt in the fifteenth century but retained the old Roman buildings and bell tower. The interior has a single nave, houses a series of frescoes and an altarpiece dedicated to the Virgin and performed by Paul Ligozzi in previous years the plague of 163. Hanging from the walls are in fact paintings depicting scenes from the life of the Madonna and ten syllables that keep the prophecies. At the corners of San Rocco, San Sebastian, San Zeno and St. Benedict and symbols Mariani.
\nDuring Venetian rule, the church came under the ownership of Ravignani before and Nicolis then until today.
