Of very simple invoice with the hooded facade with an eyepiece now buffered and replaced with a window; Inside there is an aisle, paved in Botticino marble and red Verona marble, two steps high presbytery and a small chapel with altar to the Madonna del Carmine; The roof is made of wood beams and awning. There is a shrine depicting the adoration of the shepherds with San Simone, a work of the late sixteenth century by G.Cossali and a wooden statue of the Madonna del Carmine.
