The Church San Francesco in Costiolo remains south of the civic tower and of what was the castle of Calcinato
The Church San Francesco in Costiolo is a small building that was built in the sixteenth century by Francesco Bonacini, with a bell tower on the back of considerable size compared to the church; the building has a single nave with a simple gabled façade, the stone portal is of simple construction and remains lifted from the road by three steps, a square window surmounted in turn, surrounded by stone; from inside there is to see the antependium of the main altar, in wood and finely decorated.
