Rovereto Castle, the first owners of the castle were the Lizzana and then passed to the Lords of Castelbarco, who built the fortress of Rovereto on the remains of a fort.

Rovereto Castle it is considered a Venetian fortress of the fifteenth century, its entrance has doors with shutters and trapdoors, a long hall, the courtyard with a portico and a well. In its moat we find the artillery park. It was not intended for residence but for the militias, which defended its territory. Its appearance was the work of Venetian architects who worked there between the end of the fifteenth and early sixteenth centuries. In 1487 the castle was besieged for 37 days which damaged it considerably. Reconstructed by the Serenissima it remained under its dominion until 1590, then from that year until 1918 it was the Habsburgs. Since 1921 it houses the Italian Historical Museum of War.
