Mount Tremalzo with the group of its peaks forms a basin raised, ideal for grazing herds, and for the lack of dangers for the convenience of the road to get there, and the area is a popular floristic reserve, known throughout Europe for the richness endemic species and a rich wildlife, with the area of ̷̷Mouth Caset as a Special Protection Area for birds, and the whole area of ̷̷Tremalzo-Tombea has been inserted in the list of Sites of Community Importance (SIC), recognizing its national importance for the preservation of plant species and for the breeding and preservation of animal species at risk of extinction.
