The territory of Lake Garda east includes the ridge of Monte Baldo, Valpolicella, which lies on the hilly part of Lessinia behind Verona and the Terra dei Forti, that portion of the Adige Valley between Avio in Trentino and Chiusa of Ceraino in Verona.
The landscapes of this Garda east coast of the lake are rich in history, natural beauty and renowned culinary traditions; Baldo welcomes a nature reserve, traces of prehistoric rock carvings in history and in the trenches of Ferrara di Monte Baldo in tunnels or in the woods and in the strong Austrian Trentino. The Valpolicella enchants with its ancient villages, the scattered cottages and beautiful churches, an area where human labor is still closely tied to the land: they are famous wines produced from vineyards ordered that characterize this landscape and is famous for the production of marble.
