Church Saints Rocco and Vigilio

in Riva del Garda near the harbor

Church Saints Rocco and Vigilio is located in the old part of Riva, the building was built around 1564-66 as a vandalistic vandal for 1512 and consecrated only in 1574. In the second half and the end of the 17th century the building was restructured with various modifications and during the second half of the nineteenth century he suffered from the others. The church, however, was almost completely destroyed during the First World War, the apse remains the original, and the statue of San Rocco lies in a niche on the marble altar, while on the dome there are frescoes and stuccoes with putti. On the left side there is a tombstone in memory of Don Ciolli Giuseppe di Stenico, who died in 1833.
