Brenzone

Brenzone is a pearl set on the Veronese side of the lake.

The fishermen villages can still be admired there; the small villages and the houses narrate stories of a past made of simple things, the restaurants and the “osterie” offer typical dishes of the past, and the locally produced olive oil exalt their delicacy and aromas. From here one can go to Castelletto, to visit the Etnographic Museum. The climate found here allows to live in an oasis with ideal temperatures in the winter season as well. In winter, too, it is possible to see celebrations like the feast of Saint Caterina, celebrated on the 25th November. In this occasion, it is also possible to see the pressing of the olives. But its strong point is certainly the summer, when the population of Brenzone increases fivefold, and the beaches are crowded with tourists. It is possible to practice various sports, from sailing, to windsurfing, to water-skiing, together with mountain activities, such as hiking and mountain biking.brenzone
