Villa Serego-Alighieri

In places Gargagnago located at the foot of the hill of St. George, Serego – Villa Alighieri. This race has its origin in 1549 when Geneva , a descendant of Peter Dante Alighieri, Mark Antony married Serego . By that time, nothing is known about the villa , which stands today as a collection of buildings from different periods and styles superimposed over the centuries . The first drawing of the structure dates back to 1591 , when it was a single massive settlement master , the second in 175 and third on the reconstruction of the building for the work of Giulio Ceroni in 1758 .
