Archaeological Museum Alto Mantovano has been housed in Villa Mirra since 1983 and is constantly expanding

Archaeological Museum Alto Mantovano it was founded in 1966 by the “Cavriana” Archaeological Group and inaugurated in 1969 in the tower near the church; since 1983 it has been set up in Villa Mirra, enjoying more space. The museum has eight exhibition halls and is divided into several sections: Human evolution; prehistoric; Roman Age; Renaissance; Risorgimento: Natural sciences. In addition, the museum has a library with more than 4500 volumes obtained through exchange with other institutions, institutions and museums.

From Tuesday to Sunday from 9.00 to 12.00
Saturday / Sunday from 15.00 to 18.00
