Villa Castle

An avenue surrounded by cypress trees leads us to Villa del Castello, which rises outside Pastrengo, on a hill near the hamlet of Piovezzano.

Villa Castle it took this name because it seems to be built on ruins similar to those of a medieval castle; in fact, a written document testifies to the existence of the town of Piovezzano as early as 1192, and it is possible that the ancient town was protected by a castle.
It was owned by the Counts Perez, the Nalin, the Segattini and later the Lanari.
The villa has been recently restored
