rock carvings preserved in the municipality of Brenzone

The “Stone of Castelletto” is a rock block that was found in 1965 during the excavations of a house with rock carvings and immediately the town of Castelletto was famous for its stone dating back to about 4500 years ago and is similar to those of the Valcamonica; important in this engraving is the presence of tools, bronze weapons and the importance given to the sun in the religion of the time. You can find this stone at the Town Hall of Brenzone in the Magugnano hamlet.
